Misso industrial area is located in Rõuge Parish, in the southwest corner of Võru County, directly next to the border of the Russian federation, close to the crossing of two major transportation corridors – Riga-Pskov-St.Petersburg and Tallinn-Pskov-Moscow.
The advantage of Misso industrial area and the reason why the region is very attractive for logistics companies, is the proximity of Luhamaa border crossing point.
The size of the industrial area that will be set up in the first phase of the development is 28 ha and it will have 19 plots with a total area of 212,250 m². The sizes of the plots vary from 5,000 m² up to 19,000 m².
